been going quite alot of wedding dinners and ceremonies within the past yr.. okay, it's 3 in total but that's really alot by my stnd (the grand total of weddings tt i attended in spore for my 1st 21 yrs of life is like 3 at most).. went furama riverfront yesterday.. and well, it's the least fav one i've attended so far.. i'm not talking bout the pple there since i kinda dun know anyone there.. it's the atmosphere i'm talking bout.. firstly, the ballroom has a horribly low celling.. a "stage" (less than 50cm tall) was placed in the center of the ballroom, and any guy who was walking across the "stage" had to bend low in order not to knock their head into the celling lights on top.. the lights, in my opinion was way way too huge to be placed in that ballroom tt has a really really low celling, i mean it's lower than the celling in my house and seriously i dont think a good interior designer would be done tt sorta designs.. chandeliers re supposed to make the place look grand, not crammed..secondly, the ballroom is filled with pillars.. so pple sitting on the side tables cant see what was on the stage and pple sitting in the centre cant really see wad's on the projector screens which was on the sides of the ballroom.. haha..thridly, the aisle for the march in was a mere 5m from the "stage", so the couple had to walk really extra slow and wave their hands like wad politicians do during GE.. it's well.. weird seriously.. no offence to whoever who arranged this but i dont think i'll fancy it when it's my turn.. or simply, this is not an ideal venue to hold a wedding dinner..and smth else tt i shld rmb.. exclude steam live prawns from the menu, it's simply too troublesome to eat..
