Okay, i've taken a long long break from blogging.. stayed away from the com the entire hols.. discovered tt i had wasted extremendous amt of my past hols on computer games, tv, and all sorts of things tt doesnt add much value to my life.. never truely understood the value of travelling till this year.. hated all the tours tt involved waking up real early each morning and spending a few days in foreign land didn't used to appeal to me.. perhaps i was too young and ignorant bout too many things in life..
my new year shall involved lotsa saving money.. shall really try to travel every hols tt i have and this wont come cheap.. but the experience from all the diff lands is really worth every cent of hard work and perhaps also less new clothes and bags.. haha..

Experience Pharmacy Camp'07 (12-14th Dec'07)... ... ...
haha.. finally finished the last project i have with NUSPS (or so i think it's the last).. enjoyed it much better than the FOC.. maybe it's the better planning, or the meaning behind the project or even it's the pple who i'm working with.. i used to think tt pharm camp is a means to lure pple into pharmacy.. well, actually more than half these jc kids will not be able to make it into pharmacy.. but at least we did a good job in introducing the profession.. which appears to me as the more important aim of the camp compared to wad i tot previously..
Hong Kong (15th-30th Dec'07)... ... ...
the usual visitings and shopping actually.. it was pretty warm when i was there considering tt it's winter.. but at least i still got to wear my pretty winter clothings and my dearest boots (bought another brown pair for the tokyo trip).. haha..
i've discovered the secrets of disney land.. lots of colour makes it real magical.. my fav ride was the space mountain (indoor roller coaster which was pitch dark thru the ride and you simply just see comets, shooting stars and seas of stars everywhere ard you).. was a bit sad to leave this dreamland when i finally had to.. i wann be a princess in this enchanted land..
at the skiing resort at mt fuji.. in the midst of a snowball fight with bro.. haha.. 
i tot i'll never see any snow capped mountain more spectacular than mt everest and the himalaya range.. but i was wrong.. mt fuji had a totally diff feeling frm everest.. standing alone in the middle of no where with no neighbouring tall mountains, mt fuji was a breath-taking object of serenity..
wow.. wad's a trip w/o food.. haha.. a dinner with sashimi (loved the sea urchin and lobster sashimi) and an amazing collection of instant food from the convenience store.. nv ate any salmon sashimi fresher than this.. **nv use any sauce with real fresh food.. it's sweetness is beyond description.. dun tranish it..
our trip to sanrio puroland (aka hello kitty land).. it's really a place for kids.. but who cares.. it has my fav little twin star and their sanrio frens.. shopping for hello kitty here is fantastic despite the scary price tags.. lotsa limited edition hello kitty tt is exclusively available onli in sanrio puroland..
China- Macau (23rd Dec'07)... ... ...
been 3 years since my last visit there.. and there are at least twice as many big casinos there compared to merely 3 years ago.. couldn take pics since photography is banned in casinos.. went to the new venetian and re-visited gold sands..
bro and i.. bro attempted the walk around the observatory tower.. which was a bit too scary for me.. haha..
200 over metres of air below our feets.. supported by a mere slab of glass.. *trembling in fear*..
had portugese food for dinner.. this ordinary-looking dish is actually the tongue of cows.. mmm.. u need to kill 4 cows for this one plate.. sigh..
Singapore- Marina Bay Countdown (31st Dec'07-1st Jan'08)... ... ...
decided to finally step out of the comfort zone of my house and watching countdown from the tv screen.. squeezed into the crowds at marina bay for the countdown to 2008.. after all the trickery and mad dash, finally found a nice spot here the watefront 10 mins before 2008.. the fireworks was great and hopefully it will usher in a good year ahead for everyone..
it was an irony tt i sorta ended my fastastic hols with a terrible stomach flu.. 3 days of nothing but vomiting and fever followed by 2 days of diarrhoea.. haha.. well, hope i did manage to get rid of all the bad luck in me before school commences..
