had one of our routine food search outings since it was mid-sem break.. and we found this middle-east restaurant~ Amirah's Grill~ tt serves really special food.. well, it was yummy as well of cos.. plus it's really cheap.. $9.90 buffet lunch.. complete with drinks, dessert, salad, soup and a variety of middle east food.. yum yum.. each of us told a couple to name cards back to give to our other frens..
the restaurant deco is quite exotic and the lightings re quite dim .. but it's really quite homely.. they even have sofas and stuff upstairs tt feels almost like your living room..
a group photo outside the restaurant..
here's eygptian chix soup, arabian herb fried rice, turkish mutton kebab, with some cheesy portebello grilled fish.. really yummy.. doesnt look good in the photo though cos of my lousy hp camera and the dim lightings..
and smth worth mentioning.. the fruit punch here is real fruit punch (mixed freshly squeezed fruit juice), considering that hotels serve syrup fruit punch.. the ice lemon tea is also home-made.. with real lemon juice..
the sincerity of the restaurant is wonderful.. no campbell cream of mushroom here.. they onli serve home-made creamy mushroom soup (although it was too diluted for my liking, i like super thick ones)..
the last photo b4 we left.. this time with mindy as well..
